The **Case Peanut Sparxx** is a traditional pocket knife with the classic Peanut shape. This pattern derives its name from the shape of the handle: with a tiny bit of imagination it resembles a peanut shell. It is a relatively small knife with two blades: a clippoint main blade and a pen-shaped secondary blade. Both blades have a slightly different tip. As a result you use them for different tasks, or you can exchange the blade when one of the two is blunt. They are, when opened, firmly kept in place by a slipjoint.
## Case Tru-Sharp SS steel
The blade is made from Case Tru-Sharp SS, a stainless type of steel which closely resembles 420HC steel. Characterizing for this type of steel is that you can quickly sharpen it.
## White Synthetic handle
The handle is made from white synthetic material. The bright-white colour ensures that the knife stands out in case you lose it. The synthetic material feels great in hand and remains comfortable in very low temperatures. Striking is the round shield enhanced with the Case logo on the side of the handle.
## Case Knives: traditional pocket knives
Case has been making pocket knives since 1889. Each knife is assembled and finished by hand which is very unique for an American brand. As such each Case knife is unique. Case knives are very collectable and are great companions to your standard EDC pocket knife. Great as a gift, for yourself and for someone else.
