## WOOX Rock 62 blade
The blade is made from Sleipner steel. This is a strong type of tool steel. It’s obvious that this is a very good type of steel. The name ‘Rock 62’ refers to the Rockwell hardness of this knife. 62 HRC. In terms of qualities it looks a lot like an improved version of D2 steel. The structure of the steel is much finer at the molecular level, making it even stronger and resulting in a better sharpness retention. The knife is enhanced with a black MIL-SPEC coating.
## WOOX Rock 62 walnut wood
The handle is made from American walnut wood. A stunning, dark-coloured wood with beautiful markings. The handle scales are removable.
