The **Robert Klaas US Canoe** is a fancy and traditional pocket knife, made in Solingen. It is made according to the traditional American pattern of the Canoe pocket knife. Hence the name: US Canoe. When you look at the pattern in the handle you immediately see where it comes from. The handle definitely looks like a classic canoe.
The handle on this Robert Klaas knife is made from bone with a subtle faded black pattern. This makes each handle unique. On the side you can find the logo of the Hen u0026 Rooster: the two famous chickens who unitedly look in the same direction. The bolsters are made from luxurious nickel silver.
This pocket knife has been enhanced with two blades. A larger blade with a length of 6.5 cm and a smaller 4.5 cm blade. Both can be opened with two hands and both are kept in place by a slipjoint. The large blade has been enhanced with a half stop for when you are opening and closing the knife. This combination of a two-handed opening and the missing lock enables you to carry this knife with you wherever you might go.
The blades are made from 1.4034-steel, a type of steel that is, in terms of qualities, similar to the more famous 420 types of steel. Stainless, easy to sharpen and retains its sharpness well.
